Located in Port St Lucie, my focus is working with teens (16+) and adults. High-functioning teens, mothers, fathers, business professionals, veterans, first responders, nurses, and physicians often find that the things they want to do are blocked by trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or the stress of demanding roles. These challenges sometimes develop into limiting beliefs that hinder our ability to develop positive and healthy relationships, diminish our ability to manage stress, and diminish our ability to take action. My clients tell me that they feel “stuck” or “overwhelmed,” often worry a lot about things that have not occurred, or feel like “impostors.” My practice is grounded in evidence-based care, using EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories and CBT to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and strengthen coping skills. Clients often report greater calm, improved emotional regulation, reduced intrusive thoughts, and more confidence in handling daily challenges. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can release what’s weighing on them, build resilience, stand in their truth, and move forward with clarity in their work, relationships, and personal lives.
