At House Check Guys, we provide home watch services for seasonal and multi-property homeowners, those who travel frequently for business or pleasure, or anyone that leaves their home unoccupied for extended periods of time.
We do this by inspecting your home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to make sure that things like the AC is still running, there aren’t any water leaks or pest infestations, and the landscaping and pool services are being kept up. At the end of every visit we send an emailed report with pictures. If we walk into a situation that requires immediate attention, we call right away to set in motion the appropriate action.
We also provide pre- and post-storm services, keyholder/concierge services, and vacation rental services.
As accredited members of the National Home Watch Association, we have been background checked, vetted for consumer complaints, and have industry specific bonding and insurance.
