All guests are expected to be professional and classy. Main rules include that guests must be a woman. Tickets for attendance must be purchased in advance or at the door, even if one does not wish to eat. (Food can be taken to go). Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred if given 48 hours in advance, tickets can be gifted to another. The group is non-industry exclusive. *However, the host and founder has the right to have an individual not return to the group if their behavior and overall attitude does not match the environment of the meetings that have been cultivated over the years. E.g. putting another woman in the group down to try and make oneself appear better, saying derogatory things about another, attending and not paying, excessively talking while others are presenting, arriving late and disrupting the program excessively, etc. Online the social media platforms are meant to be uplifting and professional. Negative posts will warrant removal and may result in not being welcome back to the group. Overall, the mission is to be as supportive and welcoming as possible. As hostesss and founder, Anna Valencia Tillery will ensure conduct is appropriate and has the ultimate right to choose who can or cannot attend based on their behavior and the alignment of the community rules for engagement.
